*This life insurance program is made available to you by Clements Worldwide and certain Underwriters at Lloyd's of London. This term life insurance is only available to active UNFCU credit cardholders in good standing. Enrollment is only open to UNFCU VISA cardholders between the ages of 18-65 who are in good standing; however, enrolled members may maintain their coverage until age 70. Policy will expire upon insured's 71st birthday. Must be a VISA Elite credit cardholder to receive the USD 1,000,000 term life coverage. Upgrading to a VISA Elite credit card will depend on your credit worthiness. A minimum gross household income of USD 75,000 is required to qualify for an Elite credit card.
1 UNFCU credit cardholders must enroll in the program. The 60 days complimentary period is only available to members who enroll in the card-based life program. Automated credit card billing will commence after the 61st day. A UNFCU VISA credit card will be required for payment. Payments will be automatically deducted from your UNFCU credit card every month. To cancel payments, members will need to contact Clements Worldwide at 1 800-872-0067 (toll-free US and Canada) or +1 202-741-1512. The program provides full benefits for accidental causes of death from the date of enrollment. After enrollment in the program, there is a six month waiting period for coverage to begin for death caused by illness. If a claim due to illness arises within the 6-month waiting period, premiums will be refunded. After the 6 month waiting period, death as a result of illness will be covered.
