| Step-By-Step Instructions on How to Login | |
| 1. | Enter your new Member Number (which was provided to you via letter with all your account information for the launch of Systems Advantage) and click “Enter” |
| 2. | Enter your Internet Banking password that you established when you enrolled in Internet Banking. |
| 3. | To ensure the safety of your accounts, Internet Banking has been equipped with an additional layer of security called PassMark. You will be required to select an image, create a phrase and select challenge questions and answers. |
| 4. | Selected an image and a phrase, then click “Continue” |
| 5. | Select your three Challenge Questions and Answers, which will serve to complete the authentication setup process. (The questions and answers you select will help to validate your identity in the event you forget your password or are using a computer that Internet Banking does not recognize.) |
| 6. | Review your information and submit. |
| 7. | During all subsequent logins to Internet Banking, you will be presented with the image and phrase you selected to validate your identity. |
