2. There is no annual fee for VISA Student, VISA Classic and VISA Gold credit cards. The annual fee for VISA Platinum Access is $50. Late payment fee for VISA credit cards is US $10.
3. The introductory rate period for VISA Student, VISA Classic, VISA Gold, and Visa Platinum is six (6) months.
4. The current indexed APR for VISA credit cards is determined by adding the listed margin to the Wall Street Journal Prime as published on the last day of the preceding month of each billing cycle, subject to a minimum APR of 9.90% for VISA Student, VISA Classic and VISA Gold, and 8.90% for VISA Platinum Access.
5. Rates for new cars may be discounted by 0.25% for every 5% down payment, up to a maximum discount of 1%.
