Steps to take if your card is lost or stolen

Take action immediately if your card is lost or stolen or if you notice unauthorized charges on your card.

Steps to take in Digital Banking

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking.

  2. Under Account Services, select Card Management

  3. Select Lock/Unlock Card and follow the steps to lock your card.

  4. If you notice unauthorized transactions, select Report Fraud and follow the steps. 

  5. View your new card information under Card Details. 

  6. Add your card details to your digital wallet for immediate use.

Limit your liability

By letting us know right away of unauthorized charges on your credit or debit card, you limit your liability. 

Credit card

  • If you notify us within 60 days of when the charges appear on your statement, your liability will be limited. You will be responsible for a maximum of $50.00 of the unauthorized charges.
  • If you notify us after 60 days, you may be responsible for some unauthorized charges. 

Debit card

  • If you notify us within two business days of the loss, theft, or unauthorized transactions, you can lose no more than $50.00. 
  • If you notify us after two business days but within 60 days of when the charges appear on your statement, you can lose no more than $500.
  • If you notify us after 60 days of when the charges appear on your statement, you will be responsible for the full amount of the unauthorized transactions.
