Make a principal loan payment
For any loan that you take out, you receive a repayment program from the beginning of the term until the total payment of the balance due. When you make principal payments, you are making payments toward your original loan amount, not including any accrued interest.
To make a principal loan payment in Digital Banking:

Sign into Digital Banking.

Under Transfers & Payments, select Make credit card, mortgage, or loan payments.

Click Start a New Payment.

Select the required options.

Under Payment type, select Principal payment.

Click Submit.
No account? Enroll in Digital Banking.
More ways to make a payment
You can make a payment at one of our locations in New York or send a check by mail. To send a check in the mail:
- Write a short note indicating the purpose of the check.
- Provide your UNFCU loan number.
- Mail the check to:
