Remotely deposit US checks

You can deposit checks in US dollars (USD) issued from US financial institutions using the Digital Banking mobile app. 

  1. Prepare your check for deposit.

    Sign the back of your check and clearly write For UNFCU Remote Deposit Only under your signature. 

  2. Sign in to the Digital Banking mobile app. 

  3. From the menu on the left of your screen, select Mobile Deposit

  4. Take a picture of the front of your check.

    Under Front of Check, select Take Picture to take a picture of the front of your check. 

  5. Take a picture of the back of your check. 

    Under Back of Check, select Take Picture to take a picture of the back of your check. 

  6. Choose the account where the check amount will be deposited. 

  7. Enter the check amount as it appears on the front of your check. 

  8. Ensure that everything is correct and select Submit Deposit

    Make sure both pictures are visible, the USD check amount is accurate, and the appropriate UNFCU account is selected.

Quick tip

Always keep the check that you have remotely deposited for 60 days before securely destroying it.
