Report fraud or dispute a charge

If you believe your card has been compromised, see suspicious activity, or need to dispute a card transaction, submit a fraud report. 

  1. Sign in to Digital Banking. 

  2. Under Account Services, select Card Management. 

  3. Select Report Fraud or Dispute a Charge.

Quick tip

If your fraud report has been approved, you will not be responsible for the charge.
