Required documents for your loan application
Applications for different types of loans have specific requirements. Here are the documents that you will want to have on hand when applying for a loan.1

- For personal loans over $50,000:2 We will contact you to request supporting documents that indicate the purpose of the loan. If your loan is approved, we will request a wire transfer form payable to the vendor(s) or service provider(s).

- Acceptance letter or current tuition bill from the school's office of admissions that includes:
- Name of the school
- Student name(s)
- Student ID number(s)
- Amount due

- The maximum deductible is $1,000 for collision and $500 for comprehensive coverage.
- Payoff letter (if refinancing)
- Purchase agreement or bill of sale, including any down payment you have made (if purchasing)
- To receive the electric and hybrid vehicles discount, your vehicle must be identified as electric or hybrid.

- Certificate of residency, such as a land title or lease agreement
- Signed and dated cost estimates on contractor letterhead, indicating your name and the property address
- For energy efficient loans: Documentation from your service provider(s) confirming that the project is energy efficient. If your loan is approved, we will request a wire transfer form payable to the vendor(s) or service provider(s).

For international property loans:
- Signed and dated purchase agreement for the home or land
- We will contact you to request proof that the seller owns the home or land. If your loan is approved, we will request a wire transfer form payable to the seller or the attorney indicated in the purchase agreement.
For international home build loans:
- Certificate of ownership such as a land title
- Signed and dated cost estimates on contractor letterhead, indicating your name and the property address
